WHEN DID YOU LAST HAVE FUN? CHANGING YOUR LIFE WITH WORDS - DAY 71

Are you caught up in a daily grind?  Working too many hours?  Feeling tired?  Feeling bored?  Feeling frustration over your progress or lack thereof?  What have you done for yourself recently?  Have you given yourself a break from the daily routine?  Have you spent time with your family or friends?  Have you spent any time with a child?  Children are so joyful and able to live in the moment; if you want to feel younger and more relaxed then spend an afternoon with your children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren or godchildren.  You will be refreshed and all the laughter will do you worlds of good.   Go to the beach, the lake, the park, or even just on your patio or balcony and enjoy good food and good times.

Today's message is:

HAVE A PICNIC!

Andy Rooney

Having watched Andy Rooney's last appearance on Sixty Minutes I was saddened today to read of his passing. He was someone who made me laugh with his grumpiness, someone who made me think with his writing, and someone who spoke out with candor and conviction. Rest in peace, Mr. Rooney; and thank you for all of your contributions to our world.
